Our gym is fully equipped with a wide selection of treadmills, cross trainers, and exercise bikes to combine all your cardiovascular training needs. We also have a wide range of weight machines to work all your major muscle groups, as well as a free weights area fully equipped with a huge variety of dumbbells and kettlebells to meet all your toning or strength training needs. We also have our Bodyworx area complete with a full range of equipment for strength & conditioning training. If you prefer a class environment, we offer a wide variety of classes in our fitness studios.
The Gym has a diverse membership base with membership open to the general public, students & older adults 55+. Our Gyms have dual use equipment, suitable for customers with additional needs -
We offer a full variety of fitness classes with something for everyone. Our offering includes strength and conditioning classes, rig classes, high-intensity cardio workouts, indoor cycling, aqua aerobics and a collection of stretch and mobilty classes also.We also offer Les Mills Bodypump Class

Our 25 metre deck-level swimming pool is perfect for all swimmers whether competitive, recreational or a perfect place for that dip with the family in our learner and baby pools. Our Swimming Pool area has been designed to the highest standard and with the customer in mind at every step. Whether you are taking the plunge yourself or supporting from the sides we have something to offer you. All our areas are fully accessible to all who choose to use the club regardless of your ability. We are very proud of our swimming pool and consistently monitor water quality, in fact we are National Quality Standard (Outstanding) award winners. Our highly trained and experienced lifeguards are on hand for your safety and comfort.

In Shoreline Leisure Bray, we have experienced and qualified instructors that can cater for all levels of ability, from the nervous swimmer to advance swimming We not only aim to teach your children to swim, but to help them develop an understanding of the water. Our teachers create a fun and relaxed environment in which your child can actively develop their swimming skills. Our classes are taught in small groups, allowing instructors to take a very personal approach to each participant and allow children and adults to learn and acquire new skills at their own pace. Our shoreline swim team is made by professional individuals that have a reliable approach to teaching. We provide a warm welcome and ongoing support for anyone who wants to swim, with classes for babies, children and adults alike.

Bodyworx is Shoreline Leisure Bray’s Strength & Conditioning facility, which includes a fully equipped martial arts section. Bodyworx has an exclusive range of state of the art functional strength & conditioning equipment including 3 Olympic lifting platforms, modified strongman training (MST) essentials including prowlers and battle ropes, plyometric platforms, cardio machines as skiers, rowers and assault bikes, and a wide variety of bars, power-bags and kettle-bells.
Our Bodyworx program can help you to achieve a maximal level of performance while reducing the occurrence of injuries and tracking your diet and training, to maximize your results. Whilst you are training within our program, you will have access to a strength and conditioning / fitness coach, a nutritionist specializing in weight loss and metabolism. As we all know, exercise and nutrition complement each other. Shoreline Leisure provides a range of different programs. -
