We offer a full variety of fitness classes with something for everyone. Our offering includes strength and conditioning classes, rig classes, high-intensity cardio workouts, indoor cycling, aqua aerobics and a collection of stretch and mobility classes also. We also offer Les Mills Bodypump Class. Why not come along and see how our dedicated coaching team can help motivate you – every step of the way. Members can book via our Website Booking System and view our class timetable below. Each member must check in at reception before entering our Fitness Class area. Please arrive to class ready and clean the area before and after use.

Class Types

  • Aqua aerobics is a form of exercise which provides cardiovascular conditioning. Aqua aerobics is a beneficial all-over workout with a lower risk of injury than its land-based equivalent. This form of water exercise is also suitable for people of all ages, including older people, and can quickly improve your overall fitness.

  • This is a fun and sociable fitness class which features a full body workout to help improve fitness, balance, coordination and increase strength. Long term exercise can improve health and help maintain a healthy weight or aid in weight loss

  • AMRAP is a formula for a workout that stands for "as many reps as possible" or "as many rounds as possible." The workout involves picking an exercise (or series of exercises) and then completing as many repetitions or rounds of that pattern as you can in a set amount of time.The goal of the AMRAP is to get as many rounds or reps as possible so that you're maximizing the amount of work done in a short period of time.As long as you push yourself during the workout period, AMRAP can help you to build muscle and improve your muscular endurance, cardiovascular health and conditioning.

  • Abs Blast is a 30 minute session focusing on those all important abdominals and your core strength. Building a strong core is an important part of avoiding injury in everyday life. Not only that, but by improving the muscles around the stomach area it allows you to get the most out of the other exercises you do; whether it's pilates, yoga, running or high intenstity workouts.

    And our Abs Blast class is designed to do just that. It's an express abdominal workout which will tone and tighten the tummy with a range exercises focused on your core, with the goal of providing a solid foundation to improve your all-round fitness levels.

  • Our 30Minute spin is a mix of fast sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music, you’ll be counting down the hours till you’re back in the saddle once again. After spin you are straight into an 15minute ab workout -guaranteed to feel the burn and leave you feeling great after your class

  • Boxfit is a cardio workout based on the training used for boxing, so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and ab exercises – all focusing on fitness and toning.
    Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

  • Teen- Fitness is for teens to maintain and build their fitness levels It is suitable for teens of all fitness abilities from ages 13-15. This class aims to develop balance, coordination, and endurance. It can also improve their bone density. For teens who don’t play sport, this can be the perfect way to build exercise into their weekly lives. It is a great way for teens to meet new friends. As well as build confidence and learn how to set fitness goals.

    The thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. Our Sprint Spin class is a high intensity, low impact group cycling fitness class. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The results is fast and efficient.

BodyPump
  • Short for metabolic conditioning, metcon describes a type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. Metcon is based on metabolic strength training and aerobic conditioning, which means employing revolutionary strength training techniques and intense aerobic conditioning to help you shed body fat while gaining and maintaining muscle. Furthermore, the class is meant to provide you with a wonderful exercise that you will genuinely like. Metcon's principles are to work at a high intensity, which has a bigger metabolic impact, as well as to include the entire body, activating more muscles, and burning more calories

  • BODYPUMP® is the “original barbell” class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

  • These classes combine principles of yoga, breathing techniques, stretching, foam rolling, joint mobility and balance for a refreshing, full-body experience. The coach will lead you through a structured, 30-minute stretching session, while educating you on the value and importance of each movement

  • Strength & Conditioning (S&C) is a form of exercise that develops a variety of tools to enhance movement, health and physical performance. S&C is for anyone and everyone interested in exercise and improving their physical capabilities – from an everyday athlete to an elite high-performance athlete

  • Kettlebell class is a high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups

  • TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability
