We offer a full variety of fitness classes with something for everyone. Our offering includes Kettlebells, High-intensity cardio workouts, Spinning, Active retired, Aqua aerobics and a collection of stretch and mobility classes also. Our Instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! Class Types

Aqua aerobics is a form of exercise which provides cardiovascular conditioning. Aqua aerobics is a beneficial all-over workout with a lower risk of injury than its land-based equivalent. This form of water exercise is also suitable for people of all ages, including older people, and can quickly improve your overall fitness.

This is a fun and sociable fitness class which features a full body workout to help improve fitness, balance, coordination and increase strength. Long term exercise can improve health and help maintain a healthy weight or aid in weight loss.

BODYPUMP® is the “original barbell” class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, is a type of workout that consists of short periods of intense exercise that get your heart rate up quickly between intervals of less intense exercise or complete rest.

A boot camp workout is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements people do in life

This is a group indoor cycling class using stationary bikes. In this fantastic cardiovascular workout you’re kept motivated by the instructor, people around you and by the high energy music. Spinning classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.

An intensive work out for toning those ‘challenging’ areas using a variety of equipment and motivating music to push you to your limits. This is a great class for anyone who wants to add strength training and body conditioning to their aerobic workout
