Beginner2Winner is a programme set up for absolute beginners with little or no fitness levels who are looking to get fitter and healthier. In our classes you will work with a group of like-minded individuals to help you develop healthy habits, increase fitness and improve confidence, beginning at a basic level and progressing gradually over the weeks. We’ll take you through a range of sessions to improve your fitness from walking to running over the week.

Outdoor fitness class, Body Blast is a fun way of getting fit and exercising to music. Body blast will work the whole body and it’s suitable for all fitness levels. This is a full-body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is an intense workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great!
• This class combines strength, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), and cardio exercises into fun activities for a full-body workout guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt muscle.
• This class will get your heart pumping, make you sweat and challenge your muscles but most important of all, this class guarantees a good time, lots of support and many laughs.
• This class promises to challenge you, get RESULTS, and always be FUN!

Buggy Buddy’s is an exercise programme with a difference where parents can bring their little ones along to their workout sessions. Getting back into exercise after having a baby can be an uphill struggle at times. With reduced sleep and trying to get into a new routine, exercise may seem like the last thing on your mind. Our Buggy Buddies classes can help! Being a new parent can be quite daunting at times and our Buggy Buddies classes will give you the opportunity to meet other new parents, make new friends and support each other. Classes consist of walking, light aerobics and exercises to gently tone new parents back into shape. Improves posture, strengthens core muscles and is great for fat burning. Meet other new parents and have fun while getting fit!

This programme is for the older adult. its main focus is on core movements that will help improve mobility, flexibility, muscular strength and aerobic fitness. Build lasting strength and feel better in your body with moves that can be customized to fit your needs. Some seniors think they’re too old to exercise, but it’s never too late to start and as we’ve shown, taking up exercise at any age can have lots of great benefits.

Our FIT4LIFE running programme was developed to encourage people to take up running or to come back into the sport. It is suitable for ages, fitness levels and abilities and all participants complete the session at a pace that is suitable for their fitness level.Fit4Life’s aim is to bring people together to train with others of similar abilities in a fun and sociable environment.
