Bodyworx Strength and Conditioning Programme

We are now taking bookings for our Strength and Conditioning Programme. This 6 week programme includes small group training sessions with our strength and conditioning coach Kevin Foley, nutritional advice with meal plans and screening and weigh in sessions.

The main advantages of this programme is to

This 6 week course costs €115 (Shoreline Members) and €145 (non members) will take place on

Course 1: Monday: 7.30pm-8.30pm & Wednesday: 7.00pm-8.00pm

Course 2: Tuesday 6.30pm-7.30pm & Saturday 9.00am-10.00am

Course 3: Wednesday 6.15am-7.15am & Saturday 7.45am-8.45am
