Location: Outside Perimeter of the Athletic Track

Charlesland outdoor gym includes 12 pieces of equipment:

• Speed Step ups
• Pull-Ups

• Stretch Station
• Paralell Bars
• Tricep Dip Bars

all of which will give you a tough workout whilst enjoying the pleasure of the great outdoors.

The equipment is designed, so that participants use their own body weight/ resistance for the workout, which can be adapted or progressed according to their own ability.

• Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted on the Gym Equipment
