All classes are currently members only. One class booking per day.
Classes must be pre-booked in advance.
Please arrive ‘class ready’ with a towel and water. No bags permitted.
Showers and locker facilities will not be available.
Fitness Class Descriptions
Spinning: This is a group indoor cycling class using stationary bikes. In this fantastic cardiovascular workout you’re kept motivated by the instructor, people around you & by the high energy music. Spinning classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
Body Blast: Up tempo strength and conditioning class using a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, barbells. A total body workout.
Kettlebells: A dedicated kettle bell class, using an array of weights and exercises to achieve your goals, in a different routine than any other class.
Les Mills Bodypump: BODYPUMP® is the “original barbell” class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Bodycore: Is intensive workout for toning those ‘challenging’ areas using a variety of equipment & motivating music to push you to your limits. Bodycore is a great class for anyone who wants to add strength training & body conditioning to their aerobic workout.
