The Beginner2Winner class is a running programme which was set up to encourage people to take up jogging and become a healthier person.
This programmes caters for everyone of all ages and fitness levels. The 6 week programme will help absolute beginners start jogging. Participants complete the session at a pace that is suitable for them.
The programme aim is to bring people together to train with others of similar ability in a fun and sociable environment.
One Session per week for 6 Weeks: €20
Two sessions per Week for 6 weeks: €30
