Each 6 week term consists of 24 training sessions. 12 coached sessions with our strength & conditioning coaches & 12 additional programmed sessions. Our coaches will monitor your workout progress using our exclusive APP integrated with our MyZone fitness tracker.
A full nutritional consultation and assessment will be provided by our Strength & Conditioning Coordinator prior to the start of each term. You will receive a personalized nutritional plan that will be monitored by our coaches using the MyFitnessPal APP…..YOUR TRAINING, YOUR GOALS!!!
During the Programme
Our coaches will monitor ALL your activities through your APP, MyFitnessPal & MyZone Fitness Tracker.
(MyZone belts are available at a reduced price for course participants, ask your coach today!)
Online re-assessments will take place. Our coaches will review your training programs and diet to ensure you are on the right track to achieve your goals!
