The programme is designed for teenagers up to the age of 15 years. The course will focus on fitness training, strength and conditioning and health and wellbeing.
Days: Monday: 3.00pm – 4.00pm and Friday: 2.00pm – 3.00pm
(8 training sessions altogether)
Costs: €50 for members and €65 for non members
