Adult Course Dates
Our strength and conditioning courses run on a six week basis. Re-registration is offered to current participants on week 4 of each term. Any remaining spaces will be offered to new sign-ups on a first come, first serve basis on week 5. Where spaces allow, we will accommodate any late arrivals to our courses. This will be priced at a reduced pro-rata basis.
